Stress, anxiety and depression are at record highs these days. While no one can stop the world from turning, I can show you several very effective techniques to reduce (and often eliminate) the unwanted effects of stress.

Put past hurts in the past.

Life can hurt! We can't eliminate our memories, but recent breakthroughs in neuroscience reveal that we can disconnect from the hurt of those memories. You'll not only learn how to do that, but you'll also learn how to benefit from using the same technique for the rest of your life.

Elevate your career.

The word is out; companies actively seek and promote people with demonstrated higher levels of emotional skills. From creating win-wins between team members to improving communication skills, few growth initiatives have greater payoff than increasing your EQ.

Cultivate relationships.

No one is an island to themselves; our success depends largely on connection to others. The best way to achieve connection is to give others what we all want- to feel heard, understood and accepted. Creating that safe space for others comes naturally with sufficient emotional skills.

Emotions are data; nothing more, nothing less. Viewing them as data robs them of their capacity to overwhelm you, resulting in better decision-making. And processing even the "negative emotions" ensures that they don't come back to haunt you with anxiety or upset. You'll learn how to do that quickly and effectively with EFT.

Be a hero to your kids.

Your children are learning a lot in school, but academics are no guarantee of overall life success or happiness. Teaching them simple EFT techniques allows them to remain calm under stress and maximizes their problem-solving abilities, providing an essential adjunct education they likely won't receive in school.
